A highlight overview of the work in Romania by The Salvation Army as they celebrated 20 years since beginning the work here. A colleague from our International Headquarters in London, David Giles, joined me in April 2019 to spend just over a week visiting each location and an event, covering a majority of the projects going on to portray the work.
