This "Break Through" album design was a fun project to work on. I was given a description of the entire project from the producers and artist, and sent back a few art ideas which they immediately approved. The music had a very lively feel to it, Latin, Hip-Hop & Gospel, so I wanted to add some light colors in the design to accent against the dark "epic" feel of this powerful feeling of God breaking through - which is what was the entire inspiration was for this musical project.
Ronnie mentioned how cool it would be that the inside looked like a record. What took the longest amount of time was waiting and checking numerous times on the copy inside for the credits, making sure no one was left out or misspelled, and appropriate copyright information was shown.
